I usually cook my food for one week as I am not willing to cook everyday and I am also OK with having the same food for my main meal for one week. This week, I cooked Khoresh Gheymeh i.e. Persian Stew. I got the recipe from the below video and made some changes to it based on the advise of my mother. I also modified it in a way that it would be low calorie and more healthy.
After all, this is what I made and it was so tasty. “Khoresh Gheymeh” is one of my favorite persian foods. Here is photo gallery of my cooking:
